Amex Year End Summary provided an overview of your payment and collection activity for the last year. Now you can quickly access your report to check for errors and make necessary adjustments. For more information about your account, view your summary and make changes before the due date. The free version of this report is provided to customers who have paid at least $15 for their accounts or who have been a valued customer for a minimum of six months. The trial version is provided to customers who have paid at least the minimal due amount for their accounts or who have been a valued customer for a minimum of three months.
To access your free version, go to the Annual Account Summary page, click on the “Free Account Summary” link, fill in the required information, and then click on the “Submit” button. Your Year Ended Summary is now available to you for the last financial year and you are able to easily download it in a PDF, Excel or CSV document. Only those who have paid at least the minimum due amount for their accounts will be able to download the free version. In your financial account profile, you will see your account balance, payment history, number of days late, the number of days overdue, and more.
In your free version, you will also find the following report files that can be helpful: AMEX Private List, AMEX Private Sentry, AMEX Private Shopper, Sales Order Entry List, Sales Order Status, and General Ledger. In the Personal Ledger file, you will see your payment history for the past year. The General Ledger file will display your payment status for the past six months. In the Sales Order Entry List, you will see your payments made for payments received during the past year. Finally, the Sales Order Status will show the status of payment transactions for the past year.
Once downloaded from the Internet, these reports can be printed as well. However, an Internet connection is required. These files are delivered through email attachments. The most recent report is usually listed first. A report can be sent to you in three formats: Word, PDF and Power Point.
If you receive an email with a file that is not appropriate for your email client, delete the file without opening it. You do not want to open an attachment that is not supposed to be yours. If the file is opened, go through the file and view all of its contents. If you have deleted the file, go back to the link where you saved it, and click on the “Open” button again. It may take several times before the file is fully opened.
These free reports are very useful tools that can help you determine whether or not you have made the right decisions for your business. The free version allows you to print only one copy. This can be helpful if you need to refer back to your report to check for accuracy. Review the report and make any corrections that are needed before printing.
